Privacy policy
Short version: this website does not store your data, set tracking cookies, or load third-party scripts. The longer version explains what happens when you actually book.

What this website collects
Nothing.
That is not a figure of speech. This site is static HTML served from a CDN. There is no database, no server-side code, no account system and no form that posts anywhere.
Specifically:
- No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
- No third-party scripts. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no chat widget, no font loaded from someone else's CDN. Every script and stylesheet is served from this domain.
- No form submissions stored. The booking form on this site does not send data anywhere. It formats what you typed into a message and opens WhatsApp with it. You press send. Until you do, the information stays in your browser.
- No account, no login, no profile.
What the booking form actually does
This is the part worth understanding, because "we don't store it" needs explaining.
When you fill in a booking form and press the button, JavaScript running in your browser takes what you typed, formats it as a message, and opens a WhatsApp link with that message pre-filled. Nothing is transmitted to us at that point. If you close the WhatsApp tab without sending, we never see it.
Once you do press send in WhatsApp, the message reaches us — and at that point the data is in WhatsApp's hands as well as ours. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy, which governs message delivery and storage. We do not control that and cannot speak for it.

What we collect when you book
Once you contact us — by phone, WhatsApp or email — we hold what you give us in order to provide the ride:

We use it to run the booking, to contact you about that booking, and to keep the records tax and licensing rules require. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
Drivers see only what they need for your trip: your name, your phone number, the addresses and any relevant notes.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as accounting and NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission record-keeping obligations require, and then deleted.
Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
Server logs
The CDN serving this site keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent — for security and abuse prevention. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, common to every website, and it is not used to build a profile of you or connected to any booking.
Analytics
None is running.
The site's source contains a commented-out Google Analytics block that is not active. If it is ever enabled, this policy will be updated first and a cookie notice added, because at that point there would genuinely be something to notify you about.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete it, subject to the record-keeping exception above
- Stop contacting you other than about a booking in progress

New York State residents have rights under state consumer privacy law, and residents of other jurisdictions may have rights under their own. We apply the list above to everyone regardless of where you are, because maintaining two standards would be more work than simply doing the better one.
Children
This service is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. Children travel with us often — as passengers, booked by an adult, which is the adult's data, not theirs.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than slipped in quietly.
