NYC Taxi & Cab Service
Metered yellow cabs and pre-booked taxis for everyday trips across the five boroughs.
taxi service in New York CityStretch limousines and party vehicles for weddings, proms, birthdays and anniversaries. Hourly rates agreed before the night, not negotiated during it.
A limousine is not transport. It is part of the evening — the photographs outside the venue, the hour between the ceremony and the reception, the drive home when everyone is still talking about it. Our limo service in NYC covers weddings, proms, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate evenings across all five boroughs.
Booked by the hour, quoted before the date, driven by someone who has done the route before.
| Vehicle | Comfortable | Maximum | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stretch sedan | 6 | 8 | Weddings, anniversaries, small parties |
| Stretch SUV | 12 | 18 | Proms, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette nights |
| Party bus | 20 | 40 | Large groups, multi-venue evenings, winery runs |
| Executive sedan | 3 | 3 | Corporate evenings where a stretch is too much |
| Executive SUV | 6 | 6 | Groups wanting comfort without the spectacle |
If you are moving a group from A to B and back, an executive SUV or minivan is usually the better call — cheaper, easier to park, and nobody has to climb over anybody. We will say so if that is what the booking really needs.
The Luxury Sedan prices above the Luxury SUV, and that is not a mistake — a flagship saloon sits a class above a premium SUV. Pick the SUV for space, the sedan for the higher-specification car.

Rates exclude tolls where a route carries them, airport parking on a meet-and-greet, waiting time beyond the included allowance, and any stop added on the day. Everything that applies to your trip is confirmed in the quote before you book — nothing is added afterwards.
Limousines are priced per hour with a minimum, and the minimum is what surprises people. Three hours midweek is typical. Saturdays in wedding season, and the whole of prom season, usually carry a four or five hour minimum because the vehicle cannot realistically be used twice that evening.
Your quote includes the hours, the driver's gratuity, fuel and tolls. We give you one number for the whole booking. If the night overruns, extra time is charged in 30-minute blocks at a rate agreed up front — never invented on the night.
What genuinely moves the price:
Most wedding bookings need the car for three legs: getting the couple to the ceremony, moving the wedding party between ceremony and reception, and the departure. Some want the car parked at the venue between legs, which is simply hours on the clock.
Ribbon and bow decoration comes as standard. Tell us the venues and the timings and we will build the schedule backwards from when you need to arrive — the useful question is never "when should the car come" but "what time must you be at the church".
Book six to twelve months out for a Saturday between May and October. Popular dates go a year ahead.
Prom bookings are alcohol-free, without exception, and the driver enforces it. That is not us being difficult; it is the licence.
We are happy to talk to parents directly, confirm the itinerary, and call when the group is collected and again when they are dropped home. Book as soon as the school announces the date — an entire year group competes for the same Friday and Saturday.
Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette parties, group dinners. Passengers aged 21 and over may drink in the vehicle; glassware and ice are usually provided.
Give us the full itinerary when you book. Three venues across an evening in different boroughs is entirely doable, but it is a different quote from a single round trip, and knowing in advance means the driver can plan parking — which in this city is most of the job.
Airport runs, mostly. A stretch limousine is awkward at a terminal kerb, has less usable luggage space than a plain SUV, and costs more. For a flight, look at luxury black car service or the flights in and out of all three airports pages instead. We would rather send you the right vehicle than the expensive one.
Call (888) 652-7136 or send the details through the form. We need the date, the start time, roughly how many hours, the headcount, and the pickup and venue addresses. For weddings, the ceremony time is the anchor for everything else.
Send the details and we come back with one number — no meter, no surge.
We collect from anywhere in the five boroughs and run to venues across the metro area.
A stretch limo is not always the right vehicle. These often suit better — and cost less.

Limousines are priced by the hour, not by the mile, and almost every operator sets a minimum — typically three hours midweek and four to five hours on a Saturday or during prom and wedding season. The hourly rate depends on the vehicle: a six-passenger stretch is the entry point, a 14-passenger stretch SUV or party bus is substantially more. Tell us the date, the hours and the headcount and we will quote the whole booking as one number, gratuity and tolls included so nothing appears later.
A standard stretch sedan takes six to eight passengers comfortably — eight is the legal capacity but six is where people can still hear each other. A stretch SUV takes 14 to 18, and a party bus 20 to 40. Judge by comfort rather than the maximum: eight adults in formal wear in a six-seat cabin is a long evening.
Yes. Ribbon and bow work on the bonnet is standard on a wedding booking at no extra charge. Anything more elaborate — floral arrangements, a specific colour scheme, a just-married sign — we can arrange with notice. Tell us when you book rather than on the day.
Passengers aged 21 and over may drink in a licensed limousine in New York. Every passenger must be 21 or over for alcohol to be carried at all — on a prom or school booking the vehicle is alcohol-free and the driver will enforce that. Glassware and ice are usually provided; check when you book.
Weddings: six to twelve months, especially for a Saturday between May and October. Proms: as soon as the date is announced, because an entire school year books the same fortnight. Everything else: two to four weeks is usually comfortable, and a midweek booking can often be done in a few days.
Rarely, and that is not really what you are buying. For eight people going to one place, several cars are almost always cheaper. A limousine is worth it when arriving together is part of the occasion, or when the vehicle stays with you across an evening of multiple stops. If you just need to move a group efficiently, ask us about a minivan or SUV instead — we will tell you honestly which works out better.
